Jase and his smile: I can't help but smile back every time. As long as Jase is smiling, there is no way I can be in a bad mood :) Jase really has kept me strong and somewhat sane :) during this deployment. He really has been a huge blessing in my life; sorry Daddy beats you as being the best blessing in my life lol. You might have to play rock paper scissors over it :) Anyway, I don't think I could have made it this last year without Jase. Thanks Lil Man! You mean the world to Mommy!!!! :) Love you Bubba! ♥

The beautiful flowers Mike gave me the day before he left back for Afghanistan. No occasion, just him showing me how much he truely cares and loves me :) Mike is the kindest and sweetest person I'll ever meet! I love everything he does for me, the big or the small :) I'll miss my husband very much the next little bit. But I have to keep going strong; we just have a lil more to go. I'll always wait for my love no matter how long or how many deployments he goes on. I'll always be proud of all the selfless sacrifices he makes for our family as long as our country! I love you Mike! You'll always be within my prayers, thoughts and dreams. I ♥ you!!!!

Our Hiking Adventure

to the Waterfalls!

Wow, our family looks so darn cute! I love how Jase looks like both me and Mike. It's like he's smack dab in the middle of us. Ok, I'm done bragging :) Jase loved the hike of course! He loves to be in the outdoors just like his Momma.
All I've got to say is "Lucky Me" :) I have no clue what I did to have such an amazing family: my partner until the end as well as my lil play buddy :) We make quite the team!

If you couldn't tell, it started sprinkling rain on us lol. Go going rain drop! Had to land on my camera lens lol. Still the cutest picture! Nice Smile Jase :)

We're almost there! Just a lil FURTHER! lol. It's actually quite a relaxing hike. It about 1.5 Miles and it's steep whatsoever. It's very peaceful. I love hearing the sound of nature... it'll immediately calm me no matter what mood I'm in.

We Made IT!!!! YAY! The waterfall is so beautiful. Just takes the words right out of my mouth. I wouldn't mind hiking to this waterfall as much as possible! Dang we're CUTE :)

They got so close to the waterfall that Jase even got to feel the water. Brrrr :) He still enjoyed it all the same. Fascinated as ever! Thank you Mike for taking us on this amazing adventure! And thank you for the best 2 weeks of my life! I'll sure miss you the next couple of months but this long journey is finally almost over. Let's kick this deployment in the butt and keep going strong :) We're almost there!!!!

Get Your Hiking Boots On!

We went Hiking to the Lewis and Clark Caverns near Three Forks, MT

Look at those cute Hikers!!! :) I've come to find out that Jase absolutely loves to go on hikes or any kind of walk or stroller ride. He becomes so fascinated with everything! His face just glows- I love seeing him this happy :)

Here's the aftermath of the cave. Jase did ok the first 5 minutes of the caverns but just right after the point they asked if anyone wanted to turn around and go back could do so now.... Jase decided he wasn't a fan of the caverns lol. He cried for like 15 minutes but then just crashed in the front carrier on Mike; he was asleep the whole way until just when we were leaving the exit tunnel. Jase definitely got quite the cavern experience lol.

Here's the happy family :) lol Even with Jase freaking out the first part of the caverns, I still enjoyed my adventure especially when spending it with Mike! He was the sweetest Husband and best dad. He helped so much by just doing the little things like wearing the front carrier and Jase. Thanks my love!!! You're the BEST!

Cute Newsomes watching the Rodeo in Livingston. Like our new Oakleys??? Mike was sweet enough to buy us both a new pair today :) I love them! Even bought a new microwave; We're on a roll!!!! lol. Jase loved watching all the people and was so fascinated with everything!

There's my Boys!!! Towards the end of the Rodeo, it started sprinkling on us but nothing unbearable. Jase Man then decided he was super tired = CRANKY! lol. So we left to go back to Bozeman and made it just in time to watch the big firework show. The show was amazing and my 4th of July with my family was even more amazing :)

Almost Time to See Daddy!

Jase and I arrived at the airport 30 minutes before his boarding time just to make sure we don't miss him coming out of the terminal. This was the longest 30 minutes of MY LIFE!!!! lol. Time seemed to drag forever. Jase looks like quite the happy camper lol; he wasn't very patient either.

YAY DADDY'S HOME!!!!! I love the surprised looks :) This was definitely the happiest moment of my life. Not only being able to hold my best friend close again but I got to see Jase finally hold his daddy too! They formed a strong close bond immediately; seeing this really made my heart feel full. I love MY BOYS ♥
I love this picture!!!! This is definitely my favorite of Mike's Homecoming pics :) It's so nice to have our cute little family together again! I love Michael and Jase Newsome with all my Heart for all ETERNITY!

The Newsomes are together again!!!! Cutest family EVER! :) I like how I'm the only one paying attentions; figures lol. Gotta love them boys :) Still great for memories of one of the best days of my life. I'm the happiest woman in the whole entire universe! I couldn't stop smiling for anything lol.

Mike's 2 Week Break

From Deployment (Afghanistan)

Mike was given a 2 week leave in the beginning of July to come home and spend time with his new family

Let's start off with some pics of the day that Jase and I were getting ready to head to the airport to pick up Daddy after not seeing him for 7 MONTHS!

As a surprise, I had someone custom-make an ACU Army Uniform with Mike's Rank and everything. Doesn't he look cute??? An Army Soldier just like his Daddy :)

This is what Jase's ACU Uniform looked on him when we just received it a couple months before Mike comes home. It looks so huge on him in this picture lol. Crazy how fast and how big he has grown! What a cutie!!!!

Momma and Jase just about to jump into the car and ride off to the Airport to finally pick up and see our man! Definitely going to surprise Mike- I look completely different than the last time he's seen me, in a good way of course :) For the last 2 months, I haven't sent any pictures of me to Mike so I can really surprise him! Hope he likes it!!!!
